In South Asian countries such as Pakistan, pickles are very popular and have also been prepared for thousands of years. Pakistani loves to eat pickle a lot. They just can’t live without it. In India, unripe fruits such as mangoes, Indian gooseberry, unripe tamarinds, and lemons are traditionally used. Apart from these, various vegetables such as gherkin, bitter gourd, carrots, cauliflower, ginger garlic, onion, jack fruit, and citron are also pickled. In most cases, only one vegetable or unripe fruit is used for pickling.
You can see they have use red chilli powder, coriander and etc. Indians are the biggest fans of chilli. They just can’t live without it.
I like Japanese pickle. Just look at it’s decoration. And it has different kinds of vegetables and it looks like it is very healthy and full of nutrition. I like that one.
