Indian Pickles, Pakistani Pickles, Japanese Pickles, Chinese Pickles, Korean Pickles, and Western Pickles. The minerals found in this pickle include iron, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium, and sodium. This pickle also contains vitamins that include vitamin C, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B-6, folate, vitamin B-12, vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin D, and vitamin K.

Korean Pickles:

In Korea, Kimchi is a common pickled product that is made with fermented spicy cabbage and it also includes a wide variety of vegetables including soy beans, fish, oysters and many different ingredients are used.

Korean like to eat simple and healthy foods. Korean do not eat spicy foods. Just take a look at their pickle.

Pakistani Pickles:

In South Asian countries such as Pakistan, pickles are very popular and have also been prepared for thousands of years. Pakistani loves to eat pickle a lot. They just can’t live without it. Just take a look at their pickle plate. It’s looking so yummy. It is made of vegetables like lemon, green chilli, lahori carrot, raw mango and etc.

Indian Pickles:

In India, unripe fruits such as mangoes, Indian gooseberry, unripe tamarinds, and lemons are traditionally used. Apart from these, various vegetables such as gherkin, bitter gourd, carrots, cauliflower, ginger garlic, onion, jack fruit, and citron are also pickled. In most cases, only one vegetable or unripe fruit is used for pickling.

You can see they have use red chilli powder, coriander and etc. Indians are the biggest fans of chilli. They just can’t live without it.

Japanese Pickles:

I like Japanese pickle. Just look at it’s decoration. And it has different kinds of vegetables and it looks like it is very healthy and full of nutrition. I like that one. I think they have decor green onion, mushrooms, carrots and etc. Yummy, healthy, delicious pickle is waiting for you. Just for you.

In the west, pickles are generally made from salted cucumbers, gherkins and various vegetables which are soaked in vinegar. Apart from cucumbers and gherkins, fruits such as peaches, pears, and apples are also pickled. Western pickles generally have flavors of sweet, sour, and salty. On the other hand, Indian pickles are generally pungent in taste.
