Hi there! Today we will eat two eggs once a day, not just today we will include it in our daily diet. An egg is very useful and healthy. It is very good for skin, hair and health. Scientists finally concluded that the chicken came first, not the egg, because the protein which makes the egg shells is only produced by a hen. An egg is full of a lot of benefits and nutrition.

Eggs are laid by female animals of many different species, including birds, mammals, reptiles, amphibians, and fish, and have been eaten by humans for thousands of years. An egg can glow your skin. If you wants to get rid of acne, wrinkles and headache so, egg is the best way. Egg white is proved that it can help. You just need three ingredients that’s it. You can make a simple mask of it. You just need these two ingredients.

  1. Honey  1 Tbsp
  2. Lemon  2Tbsp

Honey has antiseptic and antibacterial properties. Also a wonderful moisturizer and skin-lightening agent.

Lemon Juice is very Powerful astringent that fights off acne-causing bacteria. Lightens skin and reduces discoloration.

Method:

Take a medium bowl. Pour egg white, honey and lemon juice. Mix it well. Wet your skin with face wash. Apply it on your skin. After 15-20 mins wash it well with cold water. Dry it with a clean towel. 

Warning: Do not wash your face with warm water it can cook on your face.

An Egg for Hair Care:

An egg is the best way to get rid of damage, rough, non shiny, non long and dry hair. Aren’t you sick of it? I mean let’s change the boring hairs into an exciting hair. Let’s play!

As food, the chicken egg yolk is a major source of vitamins and minerals. It contains all of the egg’s fat and cholesterol, and nearly half of the protein. If left intact when an egg is fried, the yellow yolk surrounded by a flat blob of egg white creates a distinctive “sunny-side up” form.

Egg yolk will help you to get best and perfect hair without any problems. These ingredients will help you.

  2. Yogurt  2 Tbsp
  3. Turmeric Half Tbsp

Just three ingredients. WOW that’s not an expensive thing. Try natural ways, because natural ways won’t give you betray. Nature is perfect. 

Method:

Take a medium bowl. Pour egg yolk, yogurt and turmeric. Mix it well.  Apply it on your dry hairs. After 30 minuter wash it well with shampoo. Dry it with a clean and separate towel. 

Warning: Do not apply oil on your hairs before applying this method.
